I am trying to purchase a gas hot water heater from a local store in Jacksonville, Fl. I paid the cost for a estimate of the job and the local store sent me an estimate via email. I served 24 years in the USMC and inquired about a military discount. I was told I have to come to the store to make the purchase final. Due to the COVID19 issue, I am not to leave the house and possibly get exposed to the deadly virus. Can the purchase be done via, courier, email or other means? My old one is over 20 years old and ready to break.
