i had a problem with your mission valley store where a person in your flooring dept. sent me to the oceanside store aprox. 50 miles away for tile that not only did they not stock it was not even in there computer system. i tried to deal with customer service but they dont seem to care about the customers. i then called corporate HQ filed complaint was told a manager would call me with in 24 hrs no call. called corporate HQ again they had different manager call. he said he would find a similar product and call me back and make it right thats been a week i have left messages for him to call me. no call. so guess that only means one thing lowes dosent need my business.
