I have purchased a riding lawn mower from Lowes in plainville,ma. This has been the worst retail experience in my 52 years. I had gone to Lowes because Homedepot had sold out of most of their mowers. I went to the physical store but couldn't find anyone to help me so I purchased the mower online. After a week the delivery people had called and said they would deliver it the next day. It has been four days of phone calls and promises not kept. i spoke to delivery Manager Luis who refused to tell me his last name. He assured me it would be here two days ago. I am still without my mower.
