I ordered a gas grill on 6/6/20 because I thought it would certainly be delivered by Father's Day. I ordered online because when I tried to order in store there was a long line and I didn't want to spend a lot of time in line (Covid 19). The grill was scheduled for delivery 6/14/20. Today 6/17/20 with no grill delivery I called to find out what happened. I was told it had not been picked yet and they would call me when it was ready for delivery. I made an appointment for today to have a gas line installed because I wanted them to connect the grill. Go figure, a Utility company is more reliable than Lowe's. You need to find a better way. If I had not called, how long would I have waited.
