I placed an order April 8 2020. The vendor ship the order April 20,2020. I call CS the 800 number and I call the store. My issue is that no was able to track a package . USPS has tracking method. I would like too place a order online without going to CS . If a order could be place and then ship the customer should be able to track and get alerts.
