I recently saw where you are shutting down locations. It is not a surprise to me and my associates! I HATE shopping at Lowes!!! Primarily because of the shitty "customer service". The employees---if you can find one- are more interested in turning the "customer needs assistance" system than helping.
If you "vet" your contract installers, whoever does the vetting need to be fired. I recently tried to get a 9 by 7 (standard) garage door installed in Port St. Lucie FL. The contractor installer said I needed a custom-built door at an outrageous price. I had the door installed by someone else.
Why do you have the signs at the registers that say, "if there are more than 3 people in line, we will open other register(s)"? They are a joke!!
