In your recent email about safety you said "sales associates are required to wear masks and you ENCOURAGE customers to do the same" . It needs to be mandatory, period , full stop. No mask no entrance.
I can't come in barefoot, or without a shirt, and neither of those things will kill anyone. Be better than the government with their half measures and suggestions. As someone that is high risk i can tell you, I'm not shopping anywhere that masks are suggested.
