Sir, I have no idea of whether this message will even get to you. I do, however, believe that you need to be informed about the great lengths those subordinate to you will go to in order to keep you in the dark as to what is going on at some Lowes' stores. I have been dealing with employees, to include Assistant Managers, who take no accountability for poor customer service, or for at least returning telephone calls. I would love to speak with you (not someone pretending to be you), or an individual who responds in a scripted way about "company policy." There are always exceptions to "company policy," based on the specifics of each case. Customer service -- 1-800-445-6937 should be supplemented with additional staff, as clearly, a 45 minute to 1 hour wait time is not conducive to good customer service.
