Sir, I tried purchasing a chipper/shredder online and the purchase did not go through. Tried re-ordering again because the 1st time looked like some information was incorrect. 2nd attempt also did not go through. Called the 800# to talk to someone and although the auto attendant said connecting me now, nobody ever answered. I spent more than an hour on the phone, on hold across several calls.

I have finally reached a point where I just want to cancel the 2 orders in my account that did not complete. Replied to the customer care address on the non-complete notification for one of the orders providing the order number for each and asking them to be cancelled.

You REALLY need to have a cancel order on the my Lowes account so your customers do not have to go through all of what I did to try and get some real service.

This experience has really damaged Lowes reputation as far as I am concerned. A lack of availability to send an Email into the company did not help matters. Took me ~20 minutes to track down a way to communicate with you.

PLEASE have customer care cancel the orders I listed on the email I responded to and have them send me an email confirming the cancellations.
