I have been a lowes customer since moving to NC in 1984. I cannot say how disappointed the other day when I was told of the new restrictions on military discount. Especially, since it has been discounting all my purchases up until yesterday. When I reached my car and looked at the receipt and they only taken the
discounted one have out of 75 bags that had purchased. The explanation at the service desk was that it was on sale. I explained to the manager that the discount had been applied to other purchases without any difficulty.
For a company that employs veterans and states so that they stand behind military service it seems that the discount has so many exclusions. WHY???? We are preparing to buy a new refrigerator, but now we are going to have to reconsider and other as will be shopping for it at lowes.a It seems that other military and gets are doing the same(according to posts all over the internet). I cannot blame them.
PLEASE, reconsider changing the policy. Thank you.
