Maam,I pay Guardian Life Insurance through the company i work for.I filed a claim for short term Disability.I was out of work for a Month and half,Give or take a few days.I have been back at work for several weeks and Only have recieved just the first paycheck which is not that very much.I keep getting a lot of run a rounds and We are still working on this.I am sorry to say this but it has now in my book incompetence On your companys part.I gave them everything they needed from my Dr.and the specialist i was referred by.and I am constantly being sent a form here and a form there to sign because they need this,and this has gone way to long.My electricity,water,phone is about to be cut off because of this.I have a wife and 2 children that I need to support.Please help me my phone number is 409-332-0203.
