@Macys – Terry Lundgren – Dear Mr. Lundgren, I just wanted to share how disappointed I am as a customer

Ronda Reyes-Deutsch sent a message to Terry Lundgren that said:

Dear Mr. Lundgren,

I just wanted to share how disappointed I am as a customer of yours. I ordered a Christmas present for my 84-year-old mother on December 2nd and as of today, she still had not received the order. It was the Elizabeth Taylor Bath Powder. I’ve called the customer service number a few times and was never offered an alternative other than to cancel the order. So today, I canceled the order.

It would seem that when a customer orders something that has still not been filled for over 2 months, that perhaps a substitute product could have been made. I did ask if another bath power such as Channel 5 could be sent instead since this is also a fragrance that my mom likes.

Anyway, I just wanted someone to actually know how sad I am that you are either selling a product that is no longer available or a product that is so far back-ordered that the average person would give up and truly be disappointed.
