@Macys – Terry Lundgren – Dear Mr. Lundgren,<br>I am writing to you due to the lack of customer service

Dear Mr. Lundgren,
I am writing to you due to the lack of customer service by the Macy\'s customer representatives. I am a new Macy\'s credit card holder & tried to set-up "My profile" on Macy\'s site.
I just spent 34 minutes both on hold and speaking to a customer service representative trying to resolve an issue without success. When registering I received an error message stating that my email address is already in use. Yes, my wife has had a Macy\'s card for several years and we both use the same email address. The customer service representative stated I would have to use another email address to complete "My Profile". I stated that we have several other credit cards & share our joint email email address without problem. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was put on hold...again. And after 34 minutes hung up.
I would appreciate a call back from a customer service representative that is able to resolve this issue. I would like to set-up my account online to be able to pay my bill.
