Dear Terry Lundgren,

I am very unhappy with the service on order # 1735358800. I was placing the order on line and put in the discount code and noticed that the last item (matching rug to towel set ) won't take the code. I called customer service and she said she would place the order for me with 25% off. Then she said I would have to place the order because the rug showed no longer available. I placed the order and forgot to put in the code for discount. She said she would give be 25% off the complete order and make the adjustments on her end. The order was $60 something. I was so happy! This is a replacement order that I bought from you a year ago for my mom's 90th birthday. He house completely burned down and she lost everything the Friday before last. Then I received the email of the order coming to $85 dollars! I called back and spoke to a gentleman and he said he would issue a credit for $26 dollars and to wait one day for the conformation. I wanted a day and didn't receive anything. I called up customer service and asked for a supervisor. She said there were no notes about my order and could not honor the 25% off the whole order I was offered the day before.I am so upset! Macys used to go above and beyond to help the customer. What happened?
