I was missing a portion of my online order and my only option was to call 1-800-289-6229 as cited on the Macy's webpage. I was on hold for 2 hours on 7/9/20 from 6:41pm till 9:00pm before I gave up. I still have no resolve but more importantly, you should anonymously call this number yourself and see what your customers have to suffer through. Thank you in advance for your attention.
