Good morning, Mr. Genette. I am writing because on April 17 Macy's received a return from me and sent me an email to confirm. The refund is still not credited back to my credit card .. $21.80 .. and no response to emails I sent requesting information. There is no customer service; I was on hold twice for nearly 45 minutes and finally hung up both times. Received: Refund processing # 2001028995
Received on Apr 17, 2020. Your refund should be processed within 3–5 business days. Still waiting. This is not a huge amount of money but it is very poor customer service, if one can even call it that. Maybe you have a little clout and can get some results. Thank you. Nancy Sclar
