Getting total run around Bloomingdales Customer Service, Warranty Co. Inspection Co. Purchased $4000 Astoria Mattress Euro Pillow Top Queen Garden City Store. Shipped 1/3/20 Last week wife smelled very bad odor master bedroom, total room smelled of odor. Odor was coming out of mattress. Smell like dead animal is in mattress. Wife can not sleep master bedroom, over a week. Sleeping in guest bedroom. Warranty co will not honor claim, customer service will not, total run around, inspection co inspector possible fraud. State wife I mattress smelled to us in person, then stated docs room smelled of odor. Yes the room also smelled of odor coming out of mattress. Bloomingdales has to stand by reputation to replace, exchange, refund mattress. Thank you
