Hello, Mr. Gennette,
I need assistance in regards to learning the status of a pension check. i received a letter in mid-August stating that a pension check had been mailed to me several years earlier and the check was never cashed. I had not received the pension check. I sent an email to Christopher Collins and a representative contact me stating "I would receive a new check in a couple weeks". That hasn't happened and I have sent two additional email to Christopher. Collins@macys.com.
FYI-i haven't worked for Macys for approximately 14 years.
