We have been Macy's loyal customers for many years.
We bought the sofas from Macy's at Oak Brook IL 60523 and the sofas were not as we saw in the show room. Felt the quality was not as we used to get before and what we saw in the store. We requested them to take it back. This afternoon, the truck guys came to pick it up and damaged my wall in spite of telling them to be careful.
So as Macy's is careful about charging us restocking fees, we expect them to reimburse us for the damages. The reason to let you know this is because nobody answers customer service for hours.
WE WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IF YOU HELP US OUT ON THIS.
