@Macys – Terry Lundgren – I am having a dispute with your billing department over the amount of $29.98

Sondra Simpson sent a message to Terry Lundgren that said:

I am having a dispute with your billing department over the amount of $29.98. I have provided them all the information they have asked for. They took off the late fee but are still billing me for the above amount. My bank statement, a copy of which I provided, clearly show that Macy's submitted my payment twice and my bank paid the same check number twice, then reversed one payment thereby leaving Macy's with one payment but Macy's still insists on billing me for that amount. Your Customer Service Department just doesn't get it. I hope you will. I am not a big purchaser but a consistent one. I like your store but am aggravated beyond patience at this point. Please help me explain Macy's error to your Macy's employees..
