I have been a Macy's shopper since Macy's located in my area. The fast few months I have begun ordering on line. What a nightmear. My account was hacked. I reported his and got a run around. Finally, I got an email telling me they were sending me a new charge since I was hacked. This was on 11/11/2019. As of 11/26/2019 I have not received the charge. I tried to call this morning, but the computers are being updated. During the day! Really! Isn't during the day a busy time. There is no way to reach anyone. Viewing my purchases on line is an extremely difficult process. Its is very time consuming. I really like Macy's, even though it is impossible to purchase things in the store. I just don't have the time to try to reach customer service. It is also a long process. Anyway to improve this.
