@Macys – Terry Lundgren – I have been trying to have my account straighten out for the last four months

Arthur McCauley sent a message to Terry Lundgren that said:

I have been trying to have my account straighten out
for the last four months. But to know avail. I either get someone that speaks English with an accent that I don't understand what they are saying. Or I get a computer asking questions that have nothing to do with my problem. If I ask to speak to a supervisor I am put on hold and eventually get disconnected. Since Macy's closed their in store office I have no choice but to ask for your help.
