I have been a loyal customer for at least 60 years! As of now I do not plan on shopping there any more. The service in the last six months has been awful! And, since the pandemic is non-existent!. I know business management is difficult at this time, however, I have only good service at Kohls and other merchants.
I ordered on line on June 28. I have been charged on my latest bill but have not received the merchandise. I call and only get an automated response. I answer the response but nothing has happened. The tracking does not work. I want to speak to a rep, but, none are available.
