Mam, I have a Managed Account with Fidelity and my contact person is named Rod Domingo. He does not return my emails and is non-responsive. I have a local contact, named Kyle Kirkohff who is fantastic. I really want a different contact for my Managed Account and I would like to see Kyle rewarded for his fantastic service to Fidelity investors. Thank you.
