I am asking you to PLEASE contact me. I have been trying to get help from your company for almost 10 months. I have been through customer service, supervisors, executive services, and have written multiple letters and e mails to your attention and to the attention of Marci Curris and her "team" and nothing has been done but my credit being ruined. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and still nothing. I can not believe this is the reputation you want your company to have, which is the same one it always has had for TERRIBLE customer service. Please contact me.
