It comes to something when I find myself having to contact you in the hope of getting my "gift Voucher" problems sorted out - which have been ongoing since December2018 to date. Please read the email I have just sent to your "customer service" Dept:
ONCE again I phoned AND again hanging on waiting in the queue I thought I was going to finally get the opportunity to speak to an advisor BUT NO as soon as the dialing tone started the line was discontinued.
I am so fed up & disgusted with M & S support & sick of receiving the thank you acknowledgements every time I try to apply for help - which I might add will be for a month tomorrow.
DON'T send another "Thank you" message because like your phneline they are absolutely not worth t he paper they are writtten on!
Do the right thing & sort your help Dept out ASP
Needless to say I am one very annoyed customer!!
