Dear Mr Rowe,
On 16th October 2019, I reported to Retail Customer Services that on presenting GIFT Card No 6337 7450 4579 2182 I was told that it had expired and I was advised to contact the Retail Customer Services for re-activation.
Up until now, Retail Customer Services has neither acknowledged my letter and neither re-activated the card.
I have therefore decided to appeal to you for intervention.
The card may not be of much value, but I believe I have the right to be acknowledged.
