Dear Steve, I work in the M&S cafe in Silverburn, Glasgow. I have noticed amidst the coronavirus situation we are now doing scones in plastic bags. These are single use, but I believe this contradicts your route of plan A. I feel that you should change this to paper, as it will be recyclable, biodegradable and also more cost effective.
