Hello Steve, my name is Pat and I felt compelled to write to you and let you know what I thought of your website for ladies clothes. Whoever is responsible for taking photos of the garments, needs to have a major rethink of what looks appealing to potential buyers.
It’s such a shame as I have been a customer for over 40 years and I look at your website and it’s sooooo dreary.
Steve, you need fresh eyes to vamp up your online collections. Someone who is not afraid to say “that looks terrible” or “ I think the buyers have got this wrong”
I look at the next platform, and it’s vibrant, appealing and most of all eye catching.
What’s the point of putting a size 10 model in a pink bikini, in a plain room?
I’m not implying that your boardroom team are out of touch with what ladies want now, I am saying it out loud.
Ladies need to look at your website first not as a last resort.
I would be really upset if M&S went under as have so many other brands recently, so please get down to the floor and give customers like me more of what we want.
Sorry if you think I have gone on a bit but I am sitting here at home and thinking to myself….. why?
