I hope you are well.
We are becoming very frustrated at the constant delays in getting our suite of furniture delivered despite numerous conversations with your teams and very few positive responses.
The suite was originally ordered and fully paid in January and we had a confirmed delivery date of the 6th April.
Approximately 10 days / 2 weeks before the due delivery we were informed quite reasonably that deliveries were suspended due to the Covid-19 situation.
On the 6th of May we were informed that the delivery teams were scheduling deliveries again and our delivery had been booked for the 4th September, that from the 6th may was a further 4 months away!!!
Our most recent contact has been from the executive office who are saying they would review this, but a week on we have still not received any further communication.
We fully understand that these are unprecedented time but I think that we are being a little neglected and ignored.
We appreciate the time spent reading our detail and look forward to a response shortly.
