Margaret McLaggan sent a message to Marc Bolland that said:
I am aware that nothing can now be done with regard to my complaint and that you may not even see this email but nevertheless I feel bound to let you know that on Remembrance Sunday in The Gyle store in Edinburgh the 2 minute silence was interrupted continuously by your instore music. Staff and customers alike were most disturbed and embarrassed. Could you tell me how this thoughtlessness could have been allowed to happen on such an important day.
