My wife and I recently made a trip to Asia and stayed at Marriott on 3 separate occasions while there. On our first stay, we signed up for Marriott Rewards. We were assigned a number and on our third stay were even upgraded to a junior suite because of our new membership with Marriott Rewards. We were very impressed with the service and facilities.
On returning home, I have tried to access my account to no avail. Your system does not recognise the number Marriott assigned me. So I called the number on the Rewards page and had a recording tell me that I would have to wait 30 minutes or longer. After 45 minutes, the battery in my phone died.
Isn't there an easier way to do this? I would rather do this online or over the phone, but there's no one there. My goal is to give your organisation business.
