I recently stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Santa Barabara, California. During my spa visit I suffered first degree burns on my back that required medical attention. My fiance also suffered a eye injury that required urgent medical attention.
The service received by the staff during our spa visit was extremely poor and caused significant pain and suffering.
I brought all this to the attention of General Manager who tried to placate but his response did not meet our needs.
I am an interventional cardiologist, Chief of Cardiology at a hospital in Washington and my fiance works at the corporate level of World Fuel.
We have stayed at Ritz Carlton hotels all over the US over the past 25 years.
I would like you to address our issues and meet our needs as soon as possible.
