Hello Mr Arne I'm having serious problems with a reservation I made reserv num 57523767 and 51797675. I have been bookin online with marriott over 20 years and have never seen a pre payment. I notice in my checkin acct and was given a claim n 23213662 and the general manager refuse to issue me my 700.00 refund it gave me til 4/21 to cancel and i did. He said I should know better I never seen a prepayment my whole over 20 years booking with marriott > Im on social security this hit my checking account hard. Can you please help me and credit my account back thank you
