Your General Manager at the AC Hotel in Chapel Hill, NC, Andrew Strickland emailed me today and when I called him back he told me he was cancelling my reservation #87529192.
My reservation was made, paid for and confirmed on your company reservation site. Mr. Strickland canceled me because your AC is overbooked due to systems problems.
This is a disgrace!
My son is graduating from college at UNC this weekend and now I have to stay 2 miles away with no transportation to the ceremony.
Mr. Strickland is a DISGRACE!!! I want the room that I paid for and confirmed 7 weeks ago.
