Dear Sir. I booked my daughter's family a weeks stay at Marriot ,Palm Beach, Singer Island, for April 10. it is under name of "Daniel Lewis". She and her family of three young kids cannot go for obvious reasons: she cannot cross the border and she cannot congregate with people. My travel agent says Marriot will not do a refund under these crazy circumstances.
I have written to the manger Mr. Peels to help me. Surely the largest hotel chain in the world will not conduct itself this way. Where is your morality. Reputational risk.
