I'm seeking help trying to solve an issue I have with one of your hotels in Jackson Ms. During a recent stay. I pointed out that they had been paid twice for my stay. Upon check out the clerks agreed that an error was made and I was due a refund. That was January 10th, I haven't been able to get in touch with a manager concerning this matter at that location since that day. This is my confirmation number from that stay #983339465
