Hello Arne Sorenson,

I have been waiting for 27 days for your customer service to return a simple answer as to the justification for a 250$USD charge to my credit card for "some damages" in writing.

I have contacted your customer service on the Marriott website and was ignored twice and on the third request they finally provided the vague answer "some damages".

I have since contacted your Twitter team and they also have failed to answer a very simple question.

Is this the quality image you desire for Marriott?

My daughter and I stated at Courtyard Dallas Allen at Allen Event Center from Sat Dec 28 until Sun Dec 29th
