In addition to our poor experience described below, the mailbox available on the Ritz-Carlton website refuses email because it's full.

Last week, while visiting Maui, Hawaii, my son and I were visiting a beach near Kapalua. As the surf was too rough, we walked over to the Burger Shack at the Kapalua Ritz-Carlton for some bites and a drink. As I told my son, having his first experience with your brand, the prices are fine, we are paying for great seats and service, along with quality.

In short, the service was apathetic, and the ultra-premium cocktails were butchered. The Kula Kolada had large chunks of ice floating around in it. No one cared. One of the most poorly designed and executed hospitality experiences I have ever witnessed.

I’m sure that you can do better. And that you want to know.
