Hi i am looking to contact someone regarding a stay we had and a severe problem that i cant get anyone to contact me back. my son and mother were almost killed due to electrocution, a light fell out of the cieling when my son was taking a bath ny mother injured herself trying to get him out of the bath the staff threatend to kick us and and refused to compensate us for our stay or let us change rooms. this is a serious matter and needs to be addressed.
