Michael and Susan Jepsen sent a message to Arne Sorenson that said:
I am a 5 star Elite Vistana Owner and have been for 10 or more years and am a Lifetime Platinum Elite Member in the Starwood Program. Since this merger has taken place I have found that the services I contracted with by purchasing into the Starwood Program have been completely eroded by the Marriott Program. I no longer have an elite line that gives me immediate access to a human being to deal with any issues that I have or questions that Need to ask. The value of my Starwood points are no longer as valuable as prior to the merger. I've found that trying to use points in any programs such as an airline mileage program takes so long as to be useless. I have found the services provided by Marriott to be so inferior to those that I experienced with Starwood that they are essentially non existent. We find that this merger has been a disaster from an Owner's standpoint. Are there any prospects of any improvements in the future with Marriott or whatever the new name is going be.
