I called to make a point reservation this morning. The Marriott rep couldn't help me and forwarded me to SPG where I got a full voicemail box. I tried to make the reservation online. The Al Maha, Dubai, Dec 7-8, 60K points. Instead I ended up with a paid very expensive reservation. I changed my zip code during the process, hit enter, and magically got billed. I have tried 3 times to contact Marriott, Marriot Loyalty line and a manager. I have not been able to get through to them. All calls have been dropped. I called the Al Maha but their reservations are closed. I have called my credit card and the charge has not gone through but they have notes that I will contest it. Please change this reservation to the 60K redemption.
