Barbara Bifone sent a message to Arne Sorenson that said:

I’m writing to you to make a complaint. My husand and I have stayed in Marriott hotels in the past and have enjoyed them very much. In fact years ago our family members worked In your catering department. I am writing to tell you we will no longer be using your hotel services due to the constant badgering of your robocalls. It is a constant nuisance many times a day even after requesting not to be called. Hopefully you can find a way too end this annoyance. I’m sure many more people feel the same way and will not utilize our facilities.
