Please contact me asap regarding my Marriott Platinum Account and Reward Stays (Ritz and Marriott) and extension due to Coronavirus. I have called the Platinum Desk and they basically said wait until a few days prior to each reward to see about Extensions. Very concerning since Hilton Chain has automatically extended until the end of 2021 all points/rewards. We hope that Marriott will do the same and not punish the Loyal Customers of Marriott. Please acknowledge extensions until the end of 2021 due to Coronavirus. Thank you for your attention to this important Health Pandemic.
