Who is responsible for the maintenance of the Marriott Hotel located in El Paso, Texas at 1600 Airway Blvd. The Marriott Logo marquee on the outside of the building looks real bad and the lights are out on the "M" and overall the exterior looks bad. How come someone in that facility is not doing their job?
