Dear Mr. Ellison,
I used to be a regular shopper at JCPenny and their salon. I say used to be because I have a sister-in-law that works at one of your stores. Last Thanksgiving she was able to come to Thanksgiving for a couple of hours before she had to leave to work during on a holiday. But this year your store has gone too far. She is scheduled to work a 12 HOUR SHIFT! Her hours are 2 pm - 2 am! There will be NO Thanksgiving for her.
Thanksgiving is an American holiday. It should not be a retail sales day.
Shame on you and your shareholders and your greed. I will never step foot in your store again.
