Hello, my name is Crystal and I am to say the least extremely dissappointed. Dissappointed that i have been so proud to be a customer at JcPenney for lo these few years, disappounted that my mother prided in the fact JcPenney used to never open on Sundays and taught me to shop at stores with same respect and high standards,but lo have low you have fallen....
What makes me more disappointed however? the fact that you along with your company have disregarded all respect for family traditions all over America. Not even that but you have joined the march along with all other department stores and have accomplished to beat them. Would you like an applause? would you like to be rewarded for this selfish act? 3pm! is that really necessary? Not only have you ruined Thanksgiving along with many others buy crossing the line of Black Friday itself but seriously is it necessary to postpone dinners, to cancel family traditions, to give up on family bonding, all for what? a big sale at 3pm at your local jcpenney, so who cares what anybody celebrates right? we can all be thankful on the road to the sales huh? this isnt even my biggest concern, my biggest concern is that if this is going on at the time im 17... what will my kids celebrate? Congratulations Mr. Ellison, way to break families apart.
