Hello,
I purchased a refrigerator at the Victoria Gardens store in Rancho Cucamonga November 23, 2016. It has completely failed and an LG approved repair company is coming to fix it. My problem is I do not have the receipt. I did register the refrigerator on the LG site when I purchased it as recommended in the LG paper work but LG is not backing THAT registration/ warranty! LG says it wants me to have a receipt. I would like to have a copy of the original receipt sent to me digitally to use as proof. I have tried calling the Rancho Cucamonga store; it is very frustrating for your customers not to be able to speak with a manager! I think this is something he/she could easily accomplish. Please contact me to discuss this. The repairman is coming on Thursday, June 20. I did request three months of JC Penney statements be sent to me digitally and am waiting but the repair shop gal said LG might not accept that either!
