I have been a Lowe's VISA member in good standing since 2005.
I recently suffered some financial difficulties, and was unable for (2) MONTHS to make minimum payments on my account.....$3000 balance.
When I contacted your bank to work out a payment plan, the said the account was closed; wow, thanks for working with me.
I have spent thousands of dollars at your business via home repairs and improvements.
I'll be moving right across the street to HOME DEPOT from now on...I guess thanks for nothing.
