I have been having trouble with getting help to fix my profile in JCPenney Reward. I noticed a few months ago that I was not getting credit for purchases of bras that I was making.
Now as of Nov 2015, I am again noticing that I am not receiving credit for purchases that I have made. I recently made three instore purchases on 11/7/2015, I only received credit for two, but not for the tote. The receipt number is Store: 1951, Term: 510, Tran: 1203; Date 11/7/15; Time: 10:04: Assoc: 0880. Subtotal on tote was $38.00.
On1 11/8/2015, I made an online order for luggage. I did not get an email or call to let me know the luggage was in. I called the store last night and found out the luggage was there. I picked it up. My luggage subtotal came to $79.99. the receipt says Store: 1951; Term 510; Tran: 2275: Date: 11/17/15; Time: 05:15 PM; Assoc: 0702.
I always give the phone number 202-210-5963. I called Rewards today, 11/18/2015. I explain the above situation. The young lady said that my point were going to another rewards number, with another email address. I told her I had not used that address in years and requested everytime I come into the store to have it removed. I gave her my email address, zeggie61@gmail.com. We tried to consolidate, I told her I was seeing two reward numbers, which are100054839538 and 100005120432. She asked me to update my profile, which I tried and it did not work. I was the rudely sent back in cue for someone else to help me.
I tried to explain to the next person, who name Bev the situation. She told me that I would not see the point until next month for purchases made in Nov. I told her that I could see some but I was not getting credit for all. I gave her same information as listed about, then she got nasty and said I\'ll call you back and hung up. As of yet have not heard from anyone
I love JCPenney and most of the time my purchases have been of quality but the Reward program is not so good and when you make inquiry you get treated like it is an inconvience to them. I would like all my points, because it allows me to make someone happy especially during the holiday season. Could someone please help me.
